Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No work will be started without full payment or deposit( when applicable). No exceptions.
TURNAROUND
The turn around time on your order with Nurse Grind and Hustle, LLC. starts when you've paid in full or made a deposit (when applicable) and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for print designs, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of any of this information can/will result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups can/will also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing to the turn around time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
If you pay via check, the turn around time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears our bank account.
CHANGES TO ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT
Any change to your order you make that is not due to that of Nurse Grind and Hustle will be subject to a change fee of $25.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Please note any changes made will delay your order, regardless if you have paid a rush fee or given us a specific date. It is very important to know exactly what you want prior to ordering.
REFUND
Need a different size? We will exchange your tee upon receipt and inspections of your original order. The buyer is responsible for shipping the original (unworn, and in the original packaging) back to the seller. All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after original delivery has occurred and sent to sender.We process exchanges within 10 business day of receipt of the original items.
CUSTOM ORDERS are not eligible for a refund. We will however remake a custom order if we made an error. In order to receive approval to have part of your order (or all) remade due to our error, the buyer must return the product (at their expense) to the seller for inspection .All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after original delivery has occurred,
